Jason Mraz and Nate Ruess of Fun are going back to school -- to teach students at Stanford University a thing or two about the creative process.
They're part of a contingent of big-name musicians who've signed on to participate in an online class called Creativity: Music to My Ears. According to Stanford, it's not a music theory class, but will focus on "creative problem solving." The roster of guest lecturers also includes Josh Groban and Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda.
Undergrads who can't carry a tune need not worry. The course description says, "No musical talent is required -- just an interest in exploring the role that music plays in our lives."
