Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are suing one of the co-founders of YouTube, claiming he leaked that video of Kanye's proposal. According to TMZ, the suit alleges that despite signing a confidentiality agreement, Chad Hurley released the video on his site MixBit, even releasing a press release touting the footage.
But here's why they're probably really mad: In the suit, they claim the footage was supposed to be given to MC Cable Television, a division of Bunim/Murray and E!, which produces Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
No word on how much Kanye and Kim are asking for, but Hurley does have deep pockets. He sold his stake in YouTube to Google for more than a billion -- that's with a B -- big ones.
