Legendary Radio Host Kidd Kraddick Dies

Legendary Kiss-FM (KHKS-FM) Dallas morning man David "Kidd" Kraddick, whose morning show was syndicated nationally to nearly 100 cities, died Saturday in New Orleans at a golf tournament to benefit his Kidd's Kids charity. He was 53. His cause of death was not immediately released.

In a statement, Clear Channel Dallas manager Kelly Kibeler said, "He died doing what he loved, and his final day was spent selflessly focused on those special children that meant the world to him. Kidd devoted his life to making people smile every morning, and for 21 years, his foundation has been dedicated to bringing joy to thousands of chronically and terminally ill children."

Numerous celebrities took to Twitter to pay their respects to Kraddick, including Ryan SeacrestDemi LovatoOne Direction's Niall Horan and Harry StylesFall Out Boy's Pete WentzMark Cuban and Dr. Phil.
