Louis Tomlinson of One Direction has a new gig just for kicks -- he's signed with his hometown soccer team, Doncaster Rovers.
Louis is more or less an honorary member of the squad, but will be allowed to practice and play during the upcoming season. The idea is to boost ticket sales to benefit a local children's charity.
Louis, who'll wear number 28 when he gets on the field, used to work as a maintenance man at the team's stadium before he found fame. Doncaster just got promoted to the Football Championship League in England -- that's just one step below the big-time Premiere League.
