ABBA Collection Brings In $86,000

One of the world's largest private collections of ABBA memorabilia brought in a total of $86,000 at auction over the weekend.

Canada's CTV says the auction held in Stockholm was highlighted by a 1981 vinyl album that went for $7900 and a purple ABBA baseball jacket that fetched a little over $5800. Thomas Nordin had amassed his 25,000-item collection -- which also included ABBA Barbie dolls, soaps, clogs, posters and newspaper clippings -- over the last 40 years, since he was nine.
