Score one for Melissa Etheridge -- a judge has ruled that she can take her kids on the road.
Melissa ex, Tammy Lynn Michaels, had filed a request to modify their child-custody arrangement in July. She said she was concerned about the six-year-old twins' exposure to the perils of rock tours, including naked women and pot. But the judge in their case denied the request last week, meaning Melissa can have them around whenever she wants.
However, Melissa has only seven U.S. dates left on her tour, and school has started, so it's likely a moot point.
