The son of Mia Farrow and Woody Allen popped back up in news today (Wednesday), thanks to a pair of stories. Now known as Ronan Farrow (his previous first name was Satchel), the 25-year-old's paternity has come into question, according to a story in November'sVanity Fair. There, both Farrow and Nancy Sinatra hint the biological father might be Frank Sinatra and not Allen.
Asked by writer Maureen Orth if Ronan was actually the son of Ol' Blue Eyes, Farrow replied, “Possibly.” But she adds that DNA testing has never been conducted. Orth then emailed Nancy Sinatra about Ronan’s relationship to her family, and Sinatra's reply was the somewhat cryptic. "He is a big part of us," she wrote, "and we are blessed to have him in our lives."
The article also looks at possible abuse allegations against Woody.
We might soon be seeing a lot more of Ronan -- who is reported to be in line for a program on MSNBC.The Hollywood Reporter says the Yale graduate -- who has written for The Wall Street Journal,International Herald Tribune and The Atlantic, and done work for the State Department under Hillary Clinton -- may soon join the weekend lineup of the left-leaning news channel.
