Lady Gaga isn't Gaga over the name of one designer's pants -- which are called GagaJeans.
According to Radar Online, Gaga is about to file a lawsuit against Phillip Scott, who slapped her name on what he calls his "easy access sexitized jeans" -- which feature a horizontal zipper running across the crotch area. The Mother Monster's lawyers have fired off a cease-and-desist letter, giving Scott until the end of the week to stop using the name -- which he seems unwilling to do.
He kept a straight face while telling Radar, “I have never in any comments or actions tried to fool anyone into believing Lady Gaga is in any way connected to or associated with GagaJeans. Gaga is a word that has many meanings. Lady Gaga just wants to trademark the name ‘Gaga’ and has not or cannot."
