The judge in the criminal case against Alec Baldwin's accused stalker just couldn't take it anymore -- he's slapped her with contempt of court.
Despite numerous entreaties yesterday (Tuesday), Genevieve Sabourin kept shouting out while Alec was on the stand in a New York courtroom. And now Judge Robert Mandelbaum is sending her to jail for 30 days -- though it's not clear whether that will happen right after her testimony or at a later date.
Sabourin is charged with aggravated harassment, stalking, attempted criminal contempt and harassment. She's accused of sending Alec hundreds of E-mails, voicemails and text messages.
