Justin Bieber is apologizing to fans in Argentina for desecrating the country's flag -- but he's blaming someone else for the "mistake."
The Bieb was halfway through a show in Buenos Aires when he swept an Argentinian flag offstage with his microphone stand and his foot, a move he insists was inadvertent. In a series of tweets, he said, "People throw stuff on my stage all show, and I get it to the stage hands to get off so no one got hurt. That video I saw a bra and thought it was a shirt. I'm being told by my team it was a shirt, but even if it was a flag, I would never do anything to disrespect Argentina…or the people of Argentina or the fans. I'm so sorry for anyone who took my actions the wrong way and I hope you can forgive this mistake."
Desecrating the flag in Argentina is a crime that can bring jail time, though it's unlikely that the Bieb will see any. But with the graffiti charge and the hooker's video of him sleeping in Brazil, and now this, Justin may want to re-think future trips south of the equator.
