Justin Timberlake just confirmed his position as one of pop's good guys -- by becoming the first major star to give full insurance benefits to the supporting cast of his tour.
According to Variety, J.T. struck a deal to give health benefits and pension cash to the dozen or so dancers who've joined him on the road, which is a first.
A rep for SAG-AFTRA, the union that represents performers, says, “The physical demands of touring are tough on our artist members and those members that tour with them. I applaud the dancers for their dedication to this new agreement and give Justin the credit he richly deserves for stepping up and taking care of his elite dancer group."
Justin and his dancers hit L.A.'s Staples Center tomorrow night (Tuesday).
