Alec Baldwin's Friday nights have suddenly cleared up.
In the wake of his homophobic freak-outs with the paparazzi in New York, MSNBC has cancelled Up Late With Alec Baldwin.
The network had suspended the show for two weeks immediately following Alec's shenanigans, but execs have apparently had enough him altogether. A source tells the New York Post that his "diva-like behavior toward co-workers" also contributed to his removal. Still, MSNBC has released a statement denying that they fired Alec and insisting that it was a "mutual parting and we wish Alec all the best."
