Amanda Bynes has been out of rehab for only a few days, but she's already managed to tick off a judge.
The troubled former child star was a no-show today (Thursday) at her New York City court appearance stemming from her bong-tossing case. Her lawyer explained to the judge that Amanda could not be in court as she was just released from a Malibu rehab center and is staying with her parents in L.A. The judge was apparently "irritated" by her absence and told her lawyer she's due in court next time "or else a warrant will be ordered."
Amanda was charged with reckless endangerment, attempted evidence tampering and marijuana possession after allegedly throwing a bong from her apartment window in May. She's spent the last few months under psychiatric care.
