Poor Justin Bieber can't get a break.
The legally challenged singer is now being sued by a photographer who claims Bieber's bodyguard locked him in a Subway restaurant and assaulted him the night the singer was busted for DUI in Miami.
Manuel Munoz claims the guard chased him into the sandwich shop because he was taking photos of Justin. Munoz admits the star wasn't present at the alleged attack, but he's still suing Bieber for unspecified damages. Justin's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, tells TMZ, "This new lawsuit filed by a paparazzo is yet another shakedown for money."
Earlier this week, Justin was accused of stealing a cellphone after a woman took his picture.
