Bob’s Movie Review is broadcast every Wednesday at 12:3pm on 993.The Vine. In case you can’t tune in, I thought I would share here as well.

This week I saw “Dog” with Channing Tatum making his directorial debut as well Reid Caolin also making his debut as a director.
The film stars Tatum as an Army Ranger who must escort the dog of his fallen commander to the funeral.  Along the way, “Briggs” has to come to terms with his post-traumatic stress disorder, as well as his difficulty with making emotional connections with civilians.  The two end  up helping each other find a new norm….with some laughs along the way!
It gave a much deeper script than I expected…Well done Channing!
