KVON will flip to 100% Spanish format to meet community needs. KVYN will bring high energy & co-host to “Wine Country Live” Morning Show revamp.

(NAPA, CA – December 10, 2021) Wine Down Media, the flagship company of Napa Valley’s radio stations, KVON & KVYN, announced that there will be programming changes effective January 3, 2022 on both stations. KVON will expand Spanish programming to reach the growing Hispanic population in Napa County and surrounding areas. KVON’s “Wine Country Live” Morning Show with Barry Martin will be reinvented and relocated to KVYN as a variety show covering community stories, trending topics, and features with KVYN and KVON alum, Jamie Miller.

KVON’s new format will feature Wine Down Media’s trusted bilingual voices, Gabriela Fernandez and Nicolas de Luna. Listeners can listen to the new format on 1440 AM by streaming on kvon.com or using the Smart Speaker command “Play K V O N.”
