Some 23 years later, the Bounty Hunter has grown into a multi-million-dollar company that includes a fine wine and spirits catalog, wine bar and restaurant, a consumer direct wine marketing firm and some 120 employees.

Today Pope is saddling up and is about to take one last “ride” from Napa. On June 30, Pope will officially retire as CEO and leave the Bounty Hunter business behind. His replacement has not been named.
